At approximately 5:10 PM UTC/GMT on Monday, February 9, 2026, a subset of users in a single pod in the Class hosted environment experienced issues joining classes. Class engineers were immediately engaged and took corrective action. At approximately 6:25 PM UTC/GMT, the issue was resolved. The service continues to operate as expected. Class engineers will continue to closely monitor the systems.
