At approximately 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, some users in a single pod in the Class hosted environment experienced issues joining classes. Class engineers were immediately engaged and took corrective action. At approximately 12:50 PM EST, the issue was resolved. The service continues to operate as expected. Class engineers will continue to closely monitor the systems.
