At approximately 9:00 AM ET on Tuesday, January 2nd, critical services in a single pod in the Class hosted environment experienced performance degradation, which led to a brief loss of service for all clients hosted on that pod at approximately 9:05 ET. Class engineers were immediately engaged and took corrective action. At approximately 9:15 AM ET, systems returned to normal operations. The service continues to operate as expected. Class engineers will continue to monitor systems closely.
