At approximately 1:14 AM EST on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, some users in a single pod in the Class hosted environment experienced issues joining classes. Class engineers were immediately engaged and took corrective action. At approximately 1:44 AM EST, the issue was resolved. The service continues to operate as expected. Class engineers will continue to closely monitor the systems.
