At approximately 11:05 AM EST on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, some users in a single pod in the Class hosted environment experienced issues joining classes. Class engineers were immediately engaged and took corrective action. At approximately 11:30 AM EST, the issue was resolved. The service continues to operate as expected. Class engineers will continue to closely monitor the systems.
