Monday, October 14, 2024, 17:12 CEST (Central European Summer Time) UTC/GMT +2 hours - The Class Engineering team was alerted to a spike in disconnections that affected the pod-3-eu-central-1-prod hosting region. The system stabilized after 17:22 CEST. End users were impacted by an unexpected increase in users on our hosted solution, however in the vast majority of cases a seamless reconnection would have mitigated any disruption to live sessions. The Class team has confirmed that the impact was due to a brief network disruption by an unplanned increase in users on the servers hosted in eu-central-1.
